MemoryLane is a digital support application created to help individuals living with Alzheimer’s and Dementia stay connected to their memories, routines, and loved ones, while providing caregivers with tools for better daily support and safety.

MemoryLane is not a medical device and does not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Eligibility and Account Responsibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create a caregiver account.

If you create an account on behalf of a person living with dementia, you confirm that you have the legal right and consent to manage information for that individual.

Care Circle and Shared Access

MemoryLane allows you to invite family members and caregivers into a shared “Care Circle.”
